I am 14 and want to lose/burn body flab, how do you lose it and how long do you reckon it would take?
Hey Guys,

Im 14 and have quite alot of Body flab. I just want to get rid of it. I dont care what it takes, how long it takes, as long as I lose it.

But the question is, how do I lose all the flab? Do I have to jog a mile every day? Do I have to start eating loads of healthy stuff? Exercise in the Gym?

Im 16 now and still with a little flab, but it wasnt always there. I was chubby in 5th grade, and lost a little in 6th then in 8th i decided to join track. The best thing you can do, and if you have a weight lifting class that helps too. I lost quite a bit and toned up in track. It is worth it and your coaches push you so its like having a personal trainer. Just dont quit. Crunches, jogging, try going water only for a while, a gym is nice too, and swimming helps with the stomach area.

It takes a few months, and you dont exactly have to eat everything healthy, just not stuff like fast food all the time, and some vegetables help and theyre just good for you.

exact same situationnn… i will watch this space :) i think you just need to do loads of exercises..this is my preffered method !
1- put some music on
2-dance about a bit
3- pretend your on tv , hey why not!? look in the mirror and just go mad.
(by the way!make sure everyone is out so you don’t look stupid when someone bursts in:P)
4- get on the floor and do some sit ups! ii like this method, just do 5 situps everytime a song said a certain word. it becomes fun ! like i picked the song liar-by madcon and i did 5 everytime it said liar, very challenging lol but i had fun!
5- avoid push ups they make you soo tired and you can’t do anything else,try leg crunches and step ups, you can do them on the stairs.
